Jeff participated in the Catalina Island Triathlon.

--He survived (and finished).

Haley and Nicole stayed with their Grandma and Grandpa Allbee.

--Grandma and Grandpa survived.

Addison accompanied mom and dad to the island.

--She was a great companion.

We got stranded on the island for an extra day, along with our friends.

--Like Lost, we bonded with complete strangers.

--Unlike Lost, we all survived and got off the next day.

And we'll probably do the whole thing again. And Jeff will, too.

I'm almost across the finished line!!! The hills on the bike and the run were tough. The whales, I mean other competitors, in the water were large, but it was definitely worth it.
